If it is uneconomical to repair your machine or if it is time for a change we can advise on replacement, we offer new and reconditioned appliances. We also sell a range of accessories and spare parts in our shop including vacuum cleaner bags and belts, extractor filters, descallers etc.

Terrible experience, never delivered the appliance when specified, argued the delivery date when called, still didn't deliver, then turned up unannounced on a weekend when no one was home . Applicance still not delivered after 2 weeks and we are tired of the excuses . They left our 80yr old mother with no fridge for 2 weeks, we eventually had to go and buy one somewhere else.
I strongly recommend avoiding these people at all costs.

I rarely write reviews unless I receive excellent or exceptionally poor customer service.. In this case it falls to the latter... I ordered an $7,700 refrigerator from these guys and the only time they could deliver it was the 4 hours of the week that I wasn't available (despite only being 34 mi away). I was having knee surgery that day told them I would be unavailable until 12pm and rather than try accommodate they proposed the end of the following week. We let them know that we were available anytime prior to their window but would be out of town the new proposed t day. They refused to budge

Five star service! Rang DK Appliances at 08:45 as our oven stopped working last evening. The engineer said he could come round this morning as he had two calls nearby. He arrived an hour later, the element in the oven had blown. He carries hundreds of parts in his van, he replaced the faulty element with a new one & we have a working oven- happy days!
