Try putting the tablet into the cutlery basket, the tablet won't dissolve until water heats! This is probably the sump protection sensor, it means the base of the dishwasher has filled with water!

Vad gave us an early Christmas present by solving the problem we had with our dishwasher. . I had been wrestling unsuccessfully with a new basket fitment for an hour. He arrived on Christmas Eve and found the answer immediately. . . Which is excellently what experts are for.

Oven blew up on Xmas day !!! Called Appliance repairman Colchester Wednesday morning . Paul arrived Wednesday pm .
So good and professional . Wore COVID mask for duration of visit.
Gave me diagnosis and cost which was really reasonable . Explained exactly what was wrong .
Had spares on board . All fixed same day

Brilliant service from start to finish,fixed rate of labour. The engineer Vadims was very professional the parts we discontinued, however he tracked some down and fitted them 2 days later,also communication was first class.
This will be my go to company in the future.

I have used appliance repairman twice now and every time I have had awesome service from a very knowledgeable technician who is friendly, courteous and doesn’t keep you waiting around all day for an appointment they give you a time and turn up punctually and I would never consider using anyone else! I was tasked with finding an oven repair service for my mother in law for her SMEG oven, I gave her 3 numbers and luckily - Richard at Appliance Repairman LTD was the first number she called. She was absolutely thrilled that he managed to talk her through what to do over the phone .... meaning there was no call out fee (which on her pension is greatly appreciated!). She said RIchard was so nice and again she was over the moon! So Thankyou very much! :)

I work for a letting agent in Colchester. We have been using the Appliance Repairman for just over a year now. Richard and Paul have provided a really reliable service to our Landlords and I have also recommended them to Landlords for work at their own properties. Paul recently visited a Landlord's property in Wivenhoe to carry out a dishwasher… repair and the lady took the time to let me know how pleased she was with the service, particularly how she was kept informed.
