Excellent customer service provided by the 2 men today in the shop. They explained everything I needed to know about the Vax carpet washer I purchased and they put it together for me, so I was ready to wash my carpet's as soon as I got home. Also the machine does a brilliant job, the carpets look like new.

Fantastic service, we purchased a new electric cooker from AW Myhill, having previosly had a gas cooker. We had problems finding a gas engineer to disconnect the gas cooker and cap of the connection. After several missed callouts, AW Myhills offered to organise a gas enginner they used for work. They took it of our hands, organised some dates for the engineer and delivery and installation of the new cooker. The gas enginner turned promptly in the morning and then AW Myhills phoned after he had finished to say they could delivery straight away.

I bought a new washing machine at the Diss shop on Wednesday lunchtime. Within a couple of hours they called with a 2 hour delivery time slot and it was delivered the next day free of charge less than 24 hours after I bought it. They also took away my old machine also for free. Excellent service from start to finish. I’d highly recommend them.

My fridge freezer died yesterday. Was very pleased to be able to buy a new one at Myhills this morning and it was delivered this afternoon. Good price and excellent service.

I purchased a new washing machine at 20:50 last evening and my washing machine arrived this morning at 09:50. It was installed, checked and the old one was disconnected and taken away all for one reasonable cost. Extremely reasonable and exceptional service. If you’re local... there won’t be a better option. Grandparents wanted new freezer so on the internet I was shopping around on every website I could. Not only was Myhills cheaper it was just great being able to sort things out over the phone. Disgraceful!! brought a new BT phone, got home to find it was second hand, even had a personal recorded message on it, took it back, no apology, they didn't even seem surprised nor embarrassed! Not good enough trying to sell second hand items as brand new.
