Robert Rhys is a sole practitioner Chartered Surveyor specialising in rural practice otherwise known as a land agent. For those clients new to the countryside the Practice can assist over a wide range of estate management and farming issues drawing upon valuable knowledge and experience and where necessary referral to other specialists. Robert Rhys is able to offer his clients an individually tailored yet cost effective and bespoke service.
Specialist, technical and practical knowledge to advise clients on land ownership, occupation and farming arrangements both in drawing up appropriate agreements, licences and tenancies and advising on landlord and tenant matters under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 and the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 for farm business tenancies.
Preparation of business plans for new rural based ventures. In addition to traditional farming enterprises other business land uses which Robert Rhys has helped clients with in recent years have included the breeding and rearing of alpacas, goats, rare breed pigs, quail, fish farming, game rearing, equestrian and horticultural enterprises.
