We heard gnawing & movement in the loft, we thought it might be squirrels, I confirmed by checking CCTV footage. I contacted Mark & he came straight away to set appropriate traps, then returned very quickly several more times when needed. Mark offers a very reliable professional service at a reasonable price. I will not hesitate to use his services again, although hope I don't have the need to.

I was having a new boiler fitted when a wasps nest was discovered in the loft. Mark came out within an hour and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently so the engineers could continue with the installation.
Mark is a friendly guy and he kept the work space neat and tidy. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of pest control.

This is the second time we have used this firm. Mark was able to visit the same day we called. He identified the problem of rodents in the roof and we decided on the best option to control the problem, It needed several follow on visits all pre-arranged. He is punctual. The problem was satisfactorily resolved at a very fair price.
Mark is a pleasant guy to deal with who obviously knows his stuff.
