I have spent a lot of money with this company over the years but after the treatment on Saturday I wouldn’t buy a bulb from them, told to be quick as other people waiting. How can you be quick when you are looking for all kitchen appliances, didn’t stay and even look hope that was quick enough for them.

Needed a new freezer & although the young chap tried to be helpful it was a fruitless exercise. Dont have any stock these days and not really sure who they are aiming for customer wise.... Kitchens, appliances? Place was dead...... Definately not like it used to be & have bought many appliances there over the years. Will not even bother anymore.

Lies, lies and lies. Poor communication. 7 months for an oven to arrive. See my trustpilot review for full report.
Initial delivery time of 12 weeks extended to 16 due to Covid.. not communication to keep me updated as I have a kitchen half done that I started at the 15 week point so the oven could be fitted on arrival.
Not recommended.

Please do not read the first 3 reviews, because they are there own people. Trick they use is, if someone puts the bad reviews these own people come out and put the all excellent and 5 star service. Believe me this is one of worst company I experienced.

This company delivered (or rather Dumped) a freezer outside my elderly mother in law's address despite it stating that they needed to take it inside for her - she is 89 years old and obviously would not be able to manage this. It stated the specific need on the Invoice and several calls were made to say the same thing - we were reassured that the delivery drivers would do this and then for some reason this simply did not happen. Apparently they came to deliver once and took it away again as they said they couldn't bring it inside - then they came back the following day and literally just left it

My advice is to ignore these negative comments and judge for yourself.
I had huge difficulty getting an integrated freezer which was frost free, as nobody could deliver to the Isle of Wight. This shop arranged it over the phone after an email exchange, without any fuss.
I chose my delivery day and the chap brought it into my home.
Brilliant customer service, with a prompt response and delivery.
Will use again and would recommend to others.

Beware. This company sells returned and cosmetically damage appliances which has been returned for a reason, usually relating to its performance. I bought a cooker hood, which I asked if I could return as it was not as described, yet despite numerous phone calls and emails not once did I receive a single reply. When I did speak with someone, Aaron - I got the "one of the directors will contact you" 3 months later I'm still waiting for either a phone call or email. See how many bad reviews they already have as well as the odd 5* one! No doubt posted by friends and family. Pay a little more and buy
