I felt I need to place on record my thanks for a thoroughly good and professional service from all the staff . I needed to replace both my cooker and washing machine and was well advised and served by Nigel who also gave me a very good price. The items were delivered, on time ; fitted and the old machines and packing cleared away . The fitters ( Tom and Phil ?) were courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to ensure we were shown how to operate them . This is my second purchase in recent times from Bailey's and I can recommend them without hesitation . If only everyone could offer this level

Very poor communication between staff members. Phoned up to purchase a washing machine told had to pay by card in shop. Also told to give 20 mins as they were clearing a van of rubbish, so I could get around the back to collect.
25 mins later found the van still there with a guy breaking up pieces of polystyrene look set for a couple of hours. Told him I was here to purchase a machine would I be able to go through back shop. No was the answer go to front, told him we had phoned up and were told to come to the back so it could be loaded. Stomped about a bit and phoned inside shop to get instruction

My washing machine was too expensive to repair so I had to buy a new one and this was done on the same day which was great as had been without a machine for 10 days. Fridge broke down over Christmas. My father was having issues getting a suitable replacement. We weren't sure whether R&L Bailey could help but I remembered their reputation and frankly that they're very nice people and advised him to check.

The day before a planned dinner party and five days before Christmas, our kitchen oven came to the end of its working life going out with a bang temporarily taking all the house electrics with it by blowing the ring main fuse in the fuse box. After a visit to their showroom, Bailey Domestic Appliances were able to provide a suitable replacement at a reasonable price and unbelievably had it installed and had taken the old one away in less than four hours after the old one had failed. My wife and I were hugely grateful for the customer service we received on the phone, in the show room and on installation
