Steve is a great guy, very professional, very honest, he takes the time to explain what he is doing and why and spends as long as is needed to get the job done. His prices are very reasonable and on the first job I called him for he directed me to the manufacturer who was doing recalls on the model I had rather than charging me for work he didn’t need to do when I could get it for free. Thanks Steve👍

Over the years Steve has helped my Mum through all kinds of appliance disasters and turned them into distant memories. A very efficient, honest and friendly service. There’s no one quite like Steve out there, he really understands his customers and will go out of his way for every single one of them. I spoke to Steve at about 10am this morning and my tumble dryer was fixed by 4pm! Steve was recommended by a friend and I’m very glad she did. He’s a very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful chap. I would highly recommend this company. Steve was recommended to me and I'm glad I chose him. He responded quickly, arrived the next day with the part to fix my oven. Did the job efficiently was very friendly, charged a reasonable and fair price. Went above and beyond he even fixed my oven handle and replaced the light build at no extra charge.
