One of the main reasons that consumers look to used appliances is the price tag. A new fridge or washing machine is relatively expensive compared with a used model. We can generally supply a quality used kitchen appliance for less than half of the cost of a comparable brand new model.

Who wouldn't want to save at least 50% over buying new and still get an appliance that does the job perfectly well! This is an important one! When purchasing a used appliance you are actively reducing the impact on the environment in several ways. Not only are you preventing the appliance from ending up in a landfill somewhere, you are also preventing valuable resources and energy from being used in the production of a new model.

About Us Report

We are a family-run, used kitchen appliance retailer established in Bournemouth since 2008. We are situated just outside the town centre, close to Bournemouth Railway Station and opposite Lidl's on Holdenhurst Road. Ez Appliances Ltd is owned and run by husband and wife team David and Janine Newman.

Collection Delivery & Installation Report

Please note that we only travel up to a maximum of 15 miles for warranty repairs. In the unlikely event you have an issue with your purchase under warranty and you have taken it outside our service area, you would have to return it to us for repair.

Very helpful and accommodating, arranged delivery, installed the appliance and even gave me a hand with another appliance that I couldn't connect (FOC) great customer service, couldn't be more impressed with the service. Fridge freezer works great too.

I rarely leave reviews and this one is a little late but Dave was so good to deal with and extremely helpful, delivering when we had originally arranged to pick up but then had a problem with our car. So on this occasion I wanted to make the effort. Tumble dryer just what we wanted, super clean and doing the job, nice and quiet too. Would definitely recommend EZ Appliances.

Waited 2 years to post bought a tumble dryer from this shop paid a bit more as it was expensive when new but still a bargain. 2 yrs later still going strong as the day I bought it from them, delivered by a nice man and on time, Lady in shop was also a nice person.

This guy is amazing. I’ve never bought a second hand appliance so was a little sceptical but I couldn’t be happier. I rang up on Monday morning and was told they had no washer/dryers but one would be in later that day. I got a call and some photos at about 4pm and it was delivered by 10am the next day. Hotpoint washer/dryer for £179, delivery £10, installation and removal of old washer was another £10. I even get a small warranty. Will absolutely be using them again. Really really really good.

The price seem bit higher than private sellers but the service you get is worth every penny. I experienced some issues with my fridge after warranty expired but they came to fixed it next day and didn't want any money from me! Honest family business. I highly recommend.

Worth the little extra cash. Fridge Freezer even came with a short warranty something you'd not get with a private sale. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

My letter to Dave. "Thanks for delivering in the snow yesterday, have recommended you to those enquiring of our old washing machine. Just picked up an old email from March 2012 when you delivered that Fridge Freezer (the one he just took away) to us in West moors. Not done badly then - 7 yrs. including a time of 18 mths it stood in the garage unused as we had an integrated one at the next house! Well done.
Our daughter also bought a fridge freezer from you not too long ago! "
