Very impressed friendly service, delivered our tumble drier on day stated, will use again.

Purchased my tumble dryer as I like to shop locally but when the water collection container fell out I approached jeans for a replacement and was told to contact Hoover myself, when I pointed out that I had purchased from them I was told if I turned up at the shop on the Tuesday after Christmas they would try to contact Hoover but I would have to hang about for one to two hours as they needed my card, I contacted e.spares who were very helpful and dispatched one to me promptly, my dryer is now working correctly but no thanks to Jeans

A massive thank you to Mike and the team at Jeans Electrical. Last night our fridge/freezer was making really weird noises under the full load of Christmas food and this morning, Christmas Eve, is was not cooling anymore. Disaster!
So, we were in at the Chapel Showroom for opening, surprised at the excellent range of Fridge Freezers on hand which we were able to check fitted our needs and able to make a purchase, right then, at a great price. Mike organised delivery, changing the side the door opens and a really challenging installation and by 11.30 the van was on my doorstep.

We have just Bought snd received a variety of goods through Jeans electrical. We were delighted with the service. Michael was very knowledgeable but also took time to find the best product and price for us . They also stored all our goods until we needed them at no extra cost. Highly recommend.

So my old Belling cooker decided to fail on a Friday night, spoke to Michael at about 12.20pm on Saturday, discussed my requirements, agreed on a cooker, I paid him and he kindly left it outside their stores (with sack trucks so I could wheel it down the street to my van). By 3.30pm I had it back home and installed shortly afterwards, works as intended and definitely meets my requirements. I sent Michael a text message to thank him for the prompt help and received a reply a short time later, even though it was after 8pm on a Saturday evening. Excellent service - friendly, efficient and covid safe. Ordered a built in oven in the morning and installed and fully tested by Dan in the afternoon. Old oven taken away. Lucky to have them as a local business.

Excellent service, our TV packed up last night. Yes we could have got one online for delivery Mon but we thought we would support local. Jeans price matched and managed to get it delivered to us the same day. Can't fault them. Thanks.

I can not recommend these guys Highly enough! My 92 year old grandma, who is Isolating at home had her fridge freezer fail - with one phone call, Jeans Electrical not only promised to deliver a new one the same day, but unload her food, installed and set up the new fridge freezer ( which looks fabulous and is perfect as it’s self defrosting and… easy to maintain!) but took away her old one and put all her food back in! fully equipped with mask and gloves my grandma, who also had dementia felt safe and stayed in the lounge away from the brilliant delivery man Richard - more than perfect

Jeans have been excellent. A big shout out to Mike who was able to get us a large freezer within 48 hours he even removed the delivery charge as I'm a key worker. The driver was equally as helpful, whilst maintaining social distancing. We rate this company 5 stars

My entire experience of dealing with Jeans was positive, from the friendly and helpful telephone conversations to the same delivery by a helpful driver, technician, who collected the old machine. Other people had told me how good they are and now I know it from experience.

We wanted to support local business when buying a new dishwasher, when we visited the show room we were told that any make or model could be obtain within a few days, when we placed the order we were again told dishwasher would be a few days, we waited 2 weeks and had to chase Jeans a number of times they never phoned us and we were then told there was a problem with manufacturers distribution, we phoned the manufacturer and was told there were no problems and when we ordered from another local supplier we got a cheaper price and the machine was delivered and fitted within 2 working days. Our oven failed on a Friday night, so we went to Jean's Saturday afternoon a choose a new one expecting it to be delivered and fitted by the end of the following week. But to our delight they said they would deliver and fit that evening once the shop had closed. We had a brand new working oven by 6.30pm Saturday evening. We always try Jeans first as we like to support local companys, they always try a match Internet prices and deliver same day if in stock. Once again great service from Jeans. Thank-you.

Thanks to Michael and Dan for their super service. Same day order and delivery (7.30 pm in the evening arranged to suit). Very friendly even when faced with the need to manhandle a 69 KG Washing Machine up 5 flights of stairs and do the reverse with the old one being taken away. Highly recommended to all.

Amazing customer service! I phoned at 5pm on a Saturday as my washing machine had just broken (knowing they close at 5:30). I asked how quickly they could deliver me a new washing machine as I needed one desperately. I was blown away when they said they would deliver the same day! They were with me within the hour, plumbed it all in and took my old one away. Thank you so much Jeans.
