I received a replacement oven which needed to be put in place of my old oven. The old oven had to be taken out and disconnected and disposed of and the new complicated - this morning. Aoven had to be fitted into the gap. I only phoned yesterday and the company called to say they would sort it today.. A very efficient job would recommend them .

Absolute waste of time never answer the phone or reply to messages came to do a job today on Samsung warranty and I don't know what theve done but they havnt fixed what they where supposed to even tho they told me they where replacing the part and I even confirmed what they where doing. Shambles avoid at all costs!

Worst company I have ever tried to deal with, nobody ever answers the phone, 3 times they have been out to replace what's apparently broken and still my washer dryer doesnl not work... I dont think they have an actual clue about washing machines 6 months I have been without and still currently trying to get hold of them, they are an embarrassment of a company and should be ashamed.

My experience was that they are difficult to get on the phone, poor at returning messages, don’t keep you adequately informed as to anticipated arrival time in their long ‘time slot’. Then, after a month and a half of delay and prevarification, they turned up with the wrong spare part having failed to check it on receipt from the manufacturer. So no progress whatever nearly 2 months after the fault was first reported. Otherwise a great firm.
