I was so touched by the fantastic service I received when one of my ovens in my business stopped working. Knowing how difficult it would be for me to trade, the company squeezed me into their very busy schedule to send an engineer out. The problem was sorted before I opened the following morning within 20 mins. I am so appreciative of them understanding my needs as a small business and going above and beyond. It is a very generous i star for this company, found that they were quite rude and unhelpful, they broke a part of my hoover that they had previously replaced the same day. There was no contact about how the work was progressing even after they said they would contact me. Upon collecting my still broken hoover my husband was faced with same rudeness and ignorance they showed me.. i will never suggest to anyone to

The guys at Crwys electrics were so helpful when we had an issue with the cooling fan not switching off on our oven. Came out within 24 hours to check it out and within a few days they’d replaced the bimetallic strip that controls the fan to see if that made a difference. They kept the original parts and offered to provide advice if the issue came up again.

Dropped off my Hotpoint dryer for repair was told I would be called in a few days with a price for repair. No call back received so I called them. I was told the engineering was out and they will call me when he's back. Did not receive a call. Called again I was told the machine bis in the testing bay and would be called back. Still I did not receive a call. Called back a few weeks later after dropping the machine off. I was told it was a problem with the pc board and they will try and find a part for it or the machine would not be worth repairing. Did not receive no phone call from them. I should
