Selling top name brands like Hotpoint, Belling and Stoves but also using our years in the industry to design and manufacture our own range of products under our own brand, Ashcott Appliances. We sell Brand new appliances as well as graded products.
Our brand new items are always competitive on price and our service is second to none but also retailing graded items gives the opportunity to grab a bargain if you aren't afraid of a like mark or scratch. We may have a moved in to the future with our website, but our customer service is as good as you'd expect 10 years ago.
Please note that: The graded appliances we sell always of a very high standard. We never send anything out that has huge dents and scratches. Nearly all our appliances have very small marks or dents, often on the sides. We will always get in touch and send photos if we think you might not be happy.

Services
Graded domestic appliances are simply new, unsed appliances that cannot be sold as brand new in major outlets because of the following possible reasons - They have been replaced by a newer model - They have damaged packaging - They have a small mark/dent/imperfection. Our deliveries get arranged at the end of each working day (6pm).

Our dishwasher broke between Xmas and New Year found the website easy to use but because of Covid-19 I thought I would ring to make sure I was able to pick up .... not a problem arrange to pick up next morning at 10 am New Year’s Eve Michael was waiting and helped put it in the boot !!

My freezer stopped working (on a Friday) and I phoned to see how quickly I could get a replacement one delivered (bit of an emergency). Within 2 hours Michael had dropped one off on my door step.

I can’t begin to say how efficient and professional Ashcott Appliances are. My washing machine broke on Tuesday and they were able to deliver on Wednesday (for only a tenner), and even when I messed them around with the delivery times they sorted it out effortlessly. Their prices are competitive (the same as the big brands) but their service by far outweighs any of their competitors, and right on our doorstep too! Brilliant job thank you!

Brilliant service from Ashcott Appliances this afternoon Ben and Ethan installed the new double oven in quick time and also gave a demonstration on how to use it they also kindly helped fix up the extractor fan. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again we are very lucky to have a reliable company close to home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good selection of stock at discount prices due to cosmetic damage but difficult to see any! Excellent prices, phenomenal service, bend over backwards to meet needs, no quibble if something goes wrong after delivery. Amazingly reasonable about collection and disposal of old white goods. Highly recommended. Will use again.
