This is the second time where we have utilised MES systems knowledge to create a bespoke install for our businesses.
We requested a tailored solution for monitored commercial CCTV and integrated Paxton Access Control for site security and access management, which Ashley and Gary oversaw from the initial quote.
Once the site was prepared, the installation was professionally managed by Andrew and Ollie, who have previous experience working onsite for us. This time Andrew was really up against time constraints with us needing a fully operational site within 7 days. Andrew even resolved issues with

We had a break in and wanted an alarm system installing quickly - wanting to use a local company I contacted MES - really like their online quote facility as it gave us chance to see what sort of cost would be involved without being pushed into making a purchase. I rang the next day and Ashley visited us straight away and within two days a system was installed in four separate buildings.

It is fabulous to be able to work with a local company who have the experience and knowledge to provide total solution to your needs. Our alarm has been in place and service regularly for a number of years now without any issues

Last week we had a problem with our house alarm in that it kept going off for apparently no reason.
The earliest appointment I could book with MES Systems for them to take a look at it was a week away.
When I spoke with Andy about the problem he understood that we could not leave it that long before it was fixed, and within 3 hours Andy had arrived at our house, identified the issue (a new fuse was required in the alarm box) and fixed the issue.
Our alarm is now back to working satisfactorily once more.
