I found Simply Eco Ltd easy to deal with. They replaced my boiler with a Worcester Bosch combi boiler. The survey of my property was carried out by Onkar Shergill who was extremely good and thorough. Daine the engineer who fitted it was very good and to my surprise completed the job in just one day albeit he never stopped working and was here from 9am to well into the evening!
Once my application was approved by the Local Authority Simply Eco were very quick with the installation. The biggest delay was waiting for approval from the LA - my only minor criticism of Simply Eco would be that they could have kept me informed of progress and what was causing the delay.

From application to completion we were extremely happy with this company. Office/ telephone staff were very helpful and efficient dealing with our requests with complete satisfaction. Visiting trades people were also knowledgeable and helpful completing all processes on time with minimum disruption. Couldn't be happier with the work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simply Eco in the future. Thank you.

Really pleased I contacted this company they were great from start to finish installing a new boiler for my elderly mum and dad. Communication was great, everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly, there was no waiting around for info everything was as they said it would be - Top marks all round can’t fault them! Simply Eco replaced my old boiler for new, insulated my loft, fitted trickle vents to windows and extractor fans in kitchen and bathroom. All of the work was done on time, to a high standard and with no mess for me to clear up after. Thank you Simply eco for a job well done. Will certainly be recommending you to friends in future.

Over the past 4 years I've been subject to hefty repair bills during the winter months with my old boiler breaking down. I didn't want to go through the same scenario again this year so I decided to see what was out there online. I came across Simply Eco Ltd and made an enquiry online. The following day I received a phone call from them and a few days later a surveyor came out and conducted a very intensive report about my property to make sure which model of boiler would best suit my house and needs. A couple of days after that I received another call from Simply Eco Ltd and, without any hesitation

Simply Eco's engineers installed a new Worcetor Bosh boiler. My old boiler had some issues so the new boiler came just in time. The service from the company was great they kept me up to date from the intial survey right through to the install. The engineers that installed the boiler did a excellent job. They were prompt and professional.

I was looking for assistance to replace my old boiler. I tried calling and sending emails to other companies. I got no response. Then I found Simply Eco and Zabeena contacted me and explained my options. As well as the replacing the boiler, I was informed I could have a floor insulation which I thought was amazing. Jodie from the booking team was great who informed me when the works would happen that was fantastic and put me at ease.
They sent out a surveyor who checked my house and made some recommendations on how to improve heat insulation etc.

I was looking for an eco grant to have my old, leaking boiler replaced. Originally, I applied with another company, but they were very slow to respond and I spent over 6 months chasing them up. Eventually, my boiler was at the point of breaking, so I gave up on the other company and found Simply Eco. I was wary after what had happened with the previous company, but I can't begin to describe how brilliant Simply Eco were from start to finish!
From the first phone call, they were organised, helpful, and responsive. They told me I was also eligible for underfloor insulation and a kitchen extractor

The application, survey & grant was all completed in 7 days. Boiler & underfloor insulation was fitted on the 10th day. Underfloor insulation took about 4 hours & the team did a good job, causing minimal disruption. The boiler was fitted the next day & the engineer did a great job & cleared everything up. I wanted to upgrade to the Google smart nest, which the engineer wasn't expecting, however he swiftly located me one. House is warm & I'm pleased I had this done before the winter set in. I would recommend simply eco. They work well as a team, with the office staff being my first point of contact

I had a boiler fitted by Simply Eco. They were very helpful, from the initial phone conversation to the installation.
The advisor on the phone went through what I wanted and gave me a quote. Then a surveyor came out, and I was soon contacted again with an installation date.
The engineer arrived in the time slot and worked very hard installing the boiler. He had 2 others with him, all were very polite and tidied up after themselves. Engineer explained how to work the new thermostat.
I would deffinatly recommend.
