We will carry out a safety check on each gas appliance in the property an issue a certifcate for proof. It is a legal obligation for every rented property to have a CP12, annual, gas safety check. The gas safety check has to be carried out on each gas appliance in the property. As a landlord, it is your responsibility to have the gas safety check performed for the safety of your tenants.
We are fully qualified and experienced to install brand new systems and upgrade existing ones. Used Mike and his team after seeing the reviews here on Google.
My old boiler was around 20 years old and on its way out.
He offered the best price to install a new boiler with additional flue options and pipework. It was quoted and arranged over whatsapp and email.
He came with his team and they worked throughout the day- ensured things were Covid safe and made sure the new boiler was installed and fully working with minimal inconvenience to me and my family. All the work was neat and tidy and completed within the day.

Michael and his team were brilliant, they fitted a whole new heating system for my parents (previously no central heating) in three days. Always on time and worked hard to get the job finished as fast as possible with minimum disruption as requested. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my many questions! Fantastic plumber , replaced our boiler at fraction of cost we were told by big companies. Very professional and tidy work. Fast and reliable service . It's been nearly 2 years since boiler fitted in Oxfordshire. No issues and even now if I call him same polite and professional engineer that served me first day. Well recommend and he will go extra mile to make sure all done in accordance with Gas safe. Won't go anywhere else.

From the initial phone call to completion of our boiler replacement Mike has been a true professional, explaining everything what he was going to do along the way.
Taking into consideration its a busy time of year for Mike and his team they altered there work schedule to fit us in which was much appreciated.
Mike's work is of a high standard and his price was very competitive combined with his cheery outlook on life i would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again for any plumbing and heating issues.

I am East London way and struggled to find a boiler engineer who I could trust. Ended up with Mike coming from Birmingham, to me... What can I say? I am not an easy customer but Mike was brilliant. I was absolutely right to trust him (my instinct) and he returned that trust too. Winter is here and the hot water and heating are working like a dream. Mike recommended a boiler, priced it and then... arrived as agreed, fitted the boiler and organised the warranty. Does what he says and gets the job done. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone down here in the South to wait until Mike can be available
