It took a few months for them to even come out to fit my carpet due to covid and i also had help paying for them so that also didn't help. I wanted my carpet on the stairs to be done a little different, i just wanted the top of the stairs covered as i wanted to stain part of my stairs to go with the theme/aesthetic of my house (Rustic)
They kept telling me that they weren't going to do it as i needed to stain my stairs first, which was fair enough except i had explained multiple times that i needed my carpet down for my soon-to-be toddler and that it was a future plan. Not something i could afford
