Contract type: Full Refurbishment & Extension Works including complete structural alterations Project Value: 1.4m.
The STS Construction Residential Team have worked with a vast number of clients to deliver extensions, refurbishments, new build houses and much more. Each client is allocated a Project Manager that is responsible for the delivery of that project and to meet the client's objectives. We work extremely hard to understand our client's requirements and to realise their vision.
We understand how to operate in occupied buildings under tight time scales, whilst also engaging with multiple stakeholders throughout the project.
