Filled in their online form which asked them to get in touch with me over our metal up and over garage door . Not a murmur from them. Well you can't leave your garage door unlocked can you so if your are expecting a swift reply you apparently will have to wait sometime. I saw the only review and if I had seen that before i contacted them I would not have taken the trouble to bother. Sad really because this firm looked a reasonable firm on the internet. Am really sorry that people in business do not know how to build up a good customer base by being on the ball and treating potential customers like
