We are based in Sussex and operate in Hastings and the surrounding areas. Andrew Varrall Heating has been working professionally in customer's houses and properties for over 19 years now and we have no plan on stopping. As well as our three engineers we also have one apprentice staff member and one office member to keep on top of all the reception duties and keep you, the customer, in touch with the procedures.We take pride in being fully qualified in our areas of work and we can prove this on every visit to your home or property with photo ID badges stating who you are dealing with for future reference.

Services
All boiler problems will be tested and faults found. With you the customer, informed of the steps we are taking to resolve the problem. We liaise with all manufacturer technical departments if required. Once fault is found we will fix problem. Should you require a spare part we will call our suppliers and price a replacement part straight away and book to return as soon as part is available.
We pride ourselves on completing work to the highest standards. Repairing walls, neat tidy pipework and high quality products used. We also ensure the site is tidy on completion treating your property with the highest respect. We supply and fit all brands of boilers Including Baxi, Ideal, Potterton, Vaillant, Viessmann, Worcester Bosch as well as other brands with Viessmann being our number one choice.

Started using Andrew Varrall Heating about five years ago with servicing and the odd call out, had no complaints with the work carried out being tidy and courteous throughout. So when it came time for a new boiler we didn't hesitate to ask Andy for a price to supply and fit the new one.
The new boiler was a bigger unit so the team had to think outside the box to get it to fit in the original boiler space, which they did very successfully and without cutting corners. Throughout the process Andy was very patient and would listen to our wishes about how we would like it to look when finished ie new

After using Andy for some smaller plumbing jobs we asked him to replace our shower cubicle. The job was completed in a very short time and the standard of installation and finish was excellent. His long experience in the job shows in the efficient way the work was completed and the bathroom was left tidy and clean after completion.
