Disappeared without finishing the job - spent ages calling him to come back, he apparently forgot it wasn't finished. He also didn't come out to service it, and we had to pay the manufacturer or lose the warranty. Nightmare to get a hold of, really uncommunicative and very disorganised. Would not recommend
