The service was excellent. Andrew identified and resolved the problems quickly and efficiently, and clearly explained why they occurred. He ensured the work area was protected whilst working and left it clean and tidy. Andrew was prompt and arrived when he said he would. I'll definitely be calling him next year to service my boiler and fire again.'
We recommend all gas fires are serviced every 12 months, regardless of how often the fire is used.
