Derek left the forces after serving 7 years in the Army to work with his father. When James passed away, Derek took over the business. He works closely with his nephew and James' grandson Gavin Maclean, who is our firm's General Manager. We directly employ joiners, apprentice joiners and workshop joiners and between them, they have decades of experience and knowledge. Meldrum Property and Design have a large, well-equipped workshop adjacent to our Head Office.
Our professionally qualified team of Quantity Surveyors and Architectural design technicians can address all your needs and offer a very high level of construction knowledge. Our skilled craft team includes Bricklayers, Masons, Joiners and Plumbers and we employ dedicated and experienced sub trades to provide a complete main contract building service.

I can not highly recommend this company enough. They came to fix broken fence and went out of there way to replace everything that was rotten. My garden has been given a new lease of life and I am absolutely over the moon with the professional job they have carried out. Very professional and friendly. Will recommend to anyone. Thankyou to everyone involved would give more stars than 5.
