Established in 1988, we are a joinery based construction company based in Auchterarder, Perthshire. We specialise in building bespoke designed homes to suit a client's specific needs. As lead contractors we work in concert with architects, quantity surveyors, interior designers and other specialist providers.
We can offer services ranging from planning to completion. We are registered as an A1 class builder with NHBC and are corporate members of the 'Scottish Building Federation'. For the last 3 years we have won the prestigious NHBC National award for the 'Single Home Builder' category. We excel in providing a genuinely personal service with a proven track record. Over the years we have built homes throughout Perthshire, Stirling, Fife & Dundee in places such as Auchterarder, Blairgowrie, Comrie, Crieff, Dunblane & Dunning to name only a few. Stephen Gardiner Construction are a joinery based construction company established in 1988 based in Auchterarder, Perthshire. We recognise that building a new home is one of the most important decisions you will do and so our aim is to help you in this journey in and enjoyable and collegiate way. The Scottish Building Federation (SBF) is the principal truly Scottish trade association within the construction industry in Scotland.
SG Homes operates under the umbrella of SGC. The company was established as we saw an opportunity to offer our quality craftsmanship that we provide in our bespoke house building operations through SGC. Our aim is to offer a level of quality not attainable elsewhere and do so at an affordable level within unique and small developments.
