The posts will suit individuals who have a background and experience in wood working in a production or construction environment and ideally have experience using woodworking machinery.

Just 1 of my worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a company. Timing as with everything has alot to do with this, they managed my flat for a week, & charged me administrative fees even tho I'd paid another company for the same thing to move my details to them, that was OK its kind of the rules & was just annoying.
But the main issue was when they took my neighbours side & acted on their behalf against me, but refused to do anything for me & were extremely rude about it & then refused to talk to me for weeks I just kept getting the run around from their receptionist.

Stephen & Co have helped us to sell two properties in the past 2 years, and I cannot fault their professionalism and attention to detail. They have communicated regularly throughout the process and did all they could whenever a problem occurred. I just want to say a big thank you to John & Nicola who manage the block management. We recently sold our leasehold flat and had to heavily rely on them both to get the information that our buyers solicitors required. They were amazing with helping with the management pack and sourcing all the information that we needed. I gave them a headache I guess at times, chasing constantly but they were always there to help and supply the information that we needed to the point we got there eventually with our buyers picky solicitors virtually asking for every bit of information. Best block management company we have used over the years, they have saved us so much money. Someone visits our property at least once a month, we receive a financial report at the end of each month, but most importantly there is always someone at the end of the phone to answer any queries and their offices are accessible unlike other companies.

I've worked in property in Perth for over 15 years and helped to sell many AJ Stephen properties for private clients and have only ever been impressed with standard of finish, design and practicality. The entire team at Stephen & Co were fabulous. Assisting my elderly mother to sell her shared ownership home was not the easiest of tasks, especially with her periods of ill health but they dealt with the whole process with kindness, compassion, professionalism and a generous amount of good humour! Would recommend time and again! Thank you all for such a great job!
