The Integr8 team is packed with seasoned and in-depth expertise and experience, complemented by the communication skills to deliver our solutions quickly, clearly and comprehensively. Scott has over 25 years' experience in the fire industry. Starting within the industry as an engineer, he progressed through the management structure of the largest UK suppression company to the rank of divisional director.
In the last quarter of 2016, Scott became majority shareholder giving him the ability to break away and take the chair of Integr8. Scott has built up a network of trusted operations, design and financial staff which all work together as a team. This team has moved seamlessly from project to project, division to division and now company to company.
Since Scott became Owner and Managing Director of Integr8 he continues to grow and develop the business. Matt started his career at How Fire Ltd (part of How Group/How Engineering Services) in 1986. In 1994 Matt left How Fire & the UK to work as a Project Leader for a large German Civils & Mechanical Engineering Company Hans Brochier GmbH & spent some time working in Saudi Arabia.
