We are delighted with the way the design team have successfully transformed a tired, outdated building into a modern, prime workplace which hides behind the two historic faades and the overhauled Agar Street frontage.
The design and delivery of the building has given Legal & General a fantastic product to let and they are very proud of its addition to their portfolio. In creating the new cultural centre of Elwick Place, Potter Raper Ltd provided pro-active risk advice to the Council throughout the development process.
