We specialise in and have a huge amount of experience in extensions, full renovations and refurbishments. One of our larger works involved a full renovation, double story extension and conversion of an old abandoned nursery into a 30 room mansion in Chislehurst which can be viewed in our gallery.

PSC was the main contractor who oversaw our large extension at our home in Dulwich. They worked seamlessly with the architect to find solutions to the complications of any build. The team were always hardworking and trustworthy they even looked after our cat when we were away! I have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his team.

PSC were recommended by our architect to build our new studio, 100 M2. They demolished the existing interior and build new walls, soundproof ceiling, levelled the floor, installed all electrics, painted and decorated. All in budget and completed before the agreed time. Extra costs were agreed in advance. Paul is a good communicator, professional and reliable. Will recommend PSC as good builders.

Paul is a delight. He helped plan, build and manage our beautiful extension. Our project was finished on time and within budget. Paul is a very positive force with a ‘can do’ attitude. Nothing was too much trouble. His workmen built and finished our extension to a very high standard. It was done around 10 years’ ago and we have had no issues. He is very knowledgeable about where to source materials.

We recently bought and needed to do some renovations before arrival of a new baby. Paul and team were very professional, responsive, polite and tidy. They made an opening in a load bearing wall and redecorated throughout the house to a very high standard.
All requests were considered carefully, discussions were useful and clear and agreed actions executed flawIessly. We were so impressed by their efficiency and the results we immediately booked him for more work in the rest of the house.

PSC Building were recommended to us by our architect and our friends. They built our kitchen extension and remodelled our downstairs to include a new shower room and utility room. Their work and finishing is of an extremely high standard and Paul was always on hand with solutions if there were any problems or amends needed. We are really pleased with the result and would definitely recommend them.

I used the services of Paul and his team to construct an extension to my 1st floor flat. Despite the access issues and unexpected lockdown they did a fantastic job and have created a new kitchen and bathroom that I am very happy with. Paul is always available and gave me updates throughout the project and is extremely knowledgable and came up with some innovative solutions. I'd highly recommend PSC Building Limited and would definitely use their services again in the future.
