In particular, we used Lofty for their valuable design input when planning our loft conversion. We wanted to push the boundaries a little more than usual both on the size and the layout which required some alternative thinking and also in dealing with the council to get approval on a design that was non-standard.

Lofty built an extension on our house 6 years ago. The whole job was a nightmare as, apart from poor plastering, tiling, etc, the electrics, gas and plumbing were illegally and dangerously installed by an unqualified builder and all had to be redone. Since the extension was finally completed we've had leaks as a result of their shoddy work on our property, as well as at the neighbouring property that Lofty also extended. We contacted Lofty but they have refused to come back and rectify the issues caused by their negligence and poor workmanship. Avoid!

We used Andrew and his team for our loft conversion in Summer 2019 and they were brilliant. Came in on budget and most importantly on time, even though we thought their 12 week turnaround time was very optimistic - not a problem at all!
Any issues that we had we could easily raise with Andrew, or Marian and his team on site, and we were always able to find a resolution. Andrew liaised with building control etc and we are really really happy with the finished product, so much so that we fully plan on having the team back to do our side return as soon as we can.

Lofty Creations completed our loft our last June and truly transformed our living space, and our lives!
The delivery team were absolutely brilliant!
They quoted and worked pedantically to an architect’s specification and statement of work.
They were real problem solvers. Quiet, professional, respectful, hard-working, friendly, always-on-time, and they even cleaned up after themselves - every day.
The job began and completed on time, to budget and to exceptional quality.
The snags took 1 guy, 2 days to fix because there were so few.

Lofty were recommended by our architect and selected after a tender process. They have been outstanding from start to finish and got the job done with no surprises. The job was made more complicated being a loft conversion and full refurb in a Victorian conversion so sensitivity to other freeholders was really important. There were only positive comments during the build. Each member of the team was professional and the quality of their work was faultless. I would not hesitate using them again and in recommending to others.

Best builders I have ever worked with. Professional, friendly, but most importantly, the work they carried out is to perfection. We couldn't be happier with the loft conversion and full refurbishment that Scott has directed through Nick and his team. We had a loft conversion done through Lofty this summer (hip to gable + dormer) - overall it was a very positive experience all round. They helped manage the clerical side of things with the requisite authorities etc. The building works commenced on time and were carried out at incredible speed, with a whole team of builders arriving daily to ensure things were progressed according to spec and plans. The projected cost was also adhered to, save for a few optional extras which Lofty were happy to quote and deliver. If you need work done on time, at the agreed cost and spec, and to a high degree

We've used Lofty Creations for two projects in the last year and are very happy with the results. Lofty just completed a rear and side extension, new kitchen, bathroom, utility and front rendering or our house. We were nervous about this project as it was a big undertaking and an expensive exercise, however we were delighted with the way it was handled which exceeded our expectations, with great communication, professionalism and timeliness.
