I had a loft extension, rear extension and my home fully refurbished and Viva Contracts have been brilliant. They sorted all the planning and drawings and actually finished before scheduled.
I thank them enough for making my dream home thanks so much guys.

Used this company to do my loft conversion and they were amazing, even the building inspector said they were the tidiest builders she had inspected. They work was high quality and the project manager Tony was knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommended.

We recently used Viva Contracts to build a large wrap around extension and loft conversion.
Like anyone taking on a big build we met with various companies/people and received different quotes. Not only did we feel the most comfortable with Tony on our 1st meeting but his quote was also very competitive.
