We were so impressed with Beacon from beginning to end of our project. They did our loft conversion (lowering ceilings and removing chimneys), remodelled our middle floor and totally changed the layout on the ground floor. They were responsive, professional and helpful throughout the build. Sebastian was our team leader on site and was amazing - so thorough and efficient and brilliant quality of work. The project came in on time and on budget (other than optional extras we decided to add). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beacon.

I had an excellent experience with Beacon who were recommended by my son. They renovated a ground floor flat for me, transforming it from a hovel untouched for 50 years, into an elegant and lovely property. The project manager, Gus, could not have been more helpful, everything was well organised and moved seamlessly, and the workmanship is to a high standard. Contact with the office was also quick and efficient. Highly recommended!

Beacon provided an excellent service. Their quote was very reasonable and the loft conversion was completed in good time and to an excellent standard. Their were some issues that came up (our fault not Beacon's!) which they resolved brilliantly. The lovely Gus managed the build and was incredibly helpful and resourceful. Beacon were recommended to me by friends and I have recommended them to others in turn.

Incredibly happy with every stage of our ground floor and loft extension. The whole team were fantastic and so helpful + professional from start to finish (especially Alice and Noni). We would highly recommend Beacon, and have nothing but positive feedback from our recent loft conversion works (Spring-Summer 2020). Communication, administration and the standard of work completed has been excellent. Beacon also managed the lockdown situation well when this happened mid-way through our building work, and we were able to re-start safely and despite the increased complexity of supply chain issues and social distancing measures. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Having endured a frustrating loft conversion with another firm in 2017, we were even more cautious with our appointment this time around. But right from the start we felt confident and reassured – Kieran was helpful during his first site visit and true to his word when we received his proposal – everything was laid out clearly and it was obvious Beacon were a professional outfit.
The team continued to be helpful during the pre-build phase and the design drawings and council permissions went as smoothly

We had a superb experience with Beacon. Gus and his team onsite did everything to a high standard, were superbly responsive to all of our questions and worries and even made the extra effort to make friends with our neighbours. Absolute 5 stars for this company. Right from Kieran coming over to discuss what we wanted through to the builders doing the day to day work, the experience was first class. It was a big decision for us and after a close friend recommended Beacon, we started with the loft followed two years later with the ground floor extension. The whole process was seamless and Beacon made some excellent recommendations as we progressed through both projects. Beacon came highly recommended to us by friends who had worked with them previously, and we are so glad we went with them. You hear of horror stories of builders who abandon projects or things get tricky, but with Beacon we always felt we had the reassurance that they were in the background should we have any issues. Gus and Keiran, and Alice in the office were very professional and we felt we could contact them any time. Bes, Mali and Rudi were our builders and they did a great job! Gosh they were quick and Bes the project manager, was great to work with, he kept in touch with us all the time

From the start, they dealt with everything thoroughly and swiftly and any obstacles encountered (and there will be some) were quickly resolved. Kieran and the office always communicated well and provided some great options where we were unsure.
The build team (Tom, Robert and Staszek) did a fantastic job and treated the build work as if it were their own. They showed immense skill and craftmanship all around and were always tidy and polite.
