We used Neil Moran Associates to get a house valuation so we can pay off our Help to Buy loan. We received a really good service, and the valuation even came through quicker than expected too. We just found it really easy to deal with these guys in what can be quite a stressful process in general, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their house valuing fairly and promptly.
