In reply to your response: If the component that you mentioned was not part of the agreement why on earth did your engineer turn it on? More to the point, why did he leave it on? Had that switch not been turned on, the damage would not have occurred.
Shocking service and we are absolutely devastated. An engineer visited my deceased father in law's house for a routine boiler check, turned on the immersion heater and opened a window. A neighbour noticed the open window the next day and when we went to close the window the immersion heater had been boiling like a pressure cooker for 2 days. Wallpaper

Basically ruined my late father's house by sheer incompetence. Admitted liability but refused to rectify the damage. In my opinion Peter O'Neil himself was rude, arrogant and totally condescending despite my father being a loyal customer for over 20 years. Read the other reviews which clearly demonstrate how shabby this company is. The fact they don't respond to such reviews demonstrates they simply don't care. Utterly shamefull

Excellent service. Fitted a reclaimed Victorian fireplace for us. They knew what they were doing. Inspired confidence from the first meeting when he came to quote for the work. They turned up as planned, got straight to work, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Great workmanship. Very friendly. Would highly recommend their services! Thanks again!

Absolutely excellent service from Alex at Peter O'Neill Services. Rang my home emergency last night, Peter O'Neill Services phoned me straight away and came at 8am this morning and turned the hot water off. Back at 10am to fix the pipework. Top class service yet again when I used O’Neill’s this month (January 2017). Communication was exceptionally good, payment made easy and work up to usual high standards. Price I paid was competitive and will be using again in future. Have recommended this company to friends and colleagues I work with and they too have spoken highly of the service provided and value for money when making comparisons like-for-like. I have recently had my boiler repaired and serviced by Peter O'Neill and I cannot praise the company enough. I had a fault on the boiler and I contacted the company and within no time at all they had sent an engineer out to my property. I would like to say thank you, the Engineer was incredibly professional in the way he dealt with the problem. He introduced himself to me at the door and brought dust sheets which he put down before he started to work on the boiler. Garbage. Had a bad leak from a burst radiator pipe, reported the incident to my bank who provide home insurance and they sent these guys.
As soon as I opened the door the engineer was rude, told me he hadn't been given any info from his company and didn't even introduce himself. Eventually tried to show him the problem, on route he kept moaning about how he hates insurance jobs as customers expect something for nothing. He then refused to carry out any work as there was no radiator attached to burst pipe and it must have been the fault of someone else, the radiator had simply been removed for
