Luke is the consummate professional. Always on time, clean and tidy, answering my frequent questions and above all, he did all this with a smile. He had to decommission my old back boiler, install a new combi boiler in a new location. All work was done on the previously agreed time frame. At the end of each working day, my house was left in a very clean and tidy condition and there was no interruption to my normal routines and life.

Would just like to say how professional Luke and Tom were,we have had no heating or hot water for over a week due to a fault on our troublesome Ferrolli boiler,we decided on a Thursday that we would replace with a new Worcester 4000 boiler which Luke sourced for us on the Friday and came the following day( Saturday) to fit,he and his brother Tom arrived promptly at 0800 and worked right through until 1815 to ensure the job was completed in one day,I can't thank them enough for helping us out so efficiently and promptly ,I will definitely be recommending B Tech Heating to family and friends in the

Would totally recommend Luke. Fitted a new boiler for me in the coldest week of the year...despite the challenges that this house presented! Arrived when he said he would, kept everything covered and protected whilst working and cleaned up before leaving. Kept me updated all the way through and even sorted a few other issues which he uncovered when lifting floorboards etc. Wasn’t an easy, straightforward job but really pleased with end result....warm house and hot water...bliss! 😊

Luke is an amazing plumber and I won’t use anyone else. He is on time and well presented. He is friendly, but still gets to business as opposed to chatting all day. I’m always pleased with his work (he takes pride in it and it shows) and the cost. Usually I want to pay more than he charges! Please take my money! Thank you! Luke always checks later to see if you are satisfied with the work or need any tweaks; to date I have never had to call him back to fix his work at my house. You really can’t go wrong with B-Tech.

Exceptionally professional work by Luke and his brother of replacing our dated Worcester Bosch for a new one.
Took time and patience to explain how we could stave off payment for a year, through Worcester Bosch/Hitachi Finance, with minimal finance charge.
Both were very polite. Left premises extremely clean and tidy, and work completed earlier than scheduled.

Luke was polite and respectful to my home and the fact that while he was working I had a toddler sleeping.

I have hired and recommended Luke to others for years. He is polite, reliable, honest, trustworthy, pays attention to detail, and is reasonable. He will talk through options and be sure the finished work is something you and he can be proud of. Also, I’ve thankfully never had to deal with the awkwardness of builder’s bum with him; this can be a surprisingly big deal with some.

I am so pleased with the work B-Tech Heating have just done for me. My old boiler needed replacing and I had several companies quote. Luke stood out by a mile for his knowledge and expertise. He gave me excellent advice on the right boiler for my needs and also on how to get my water pressure improved.
