We have recently had our old heating system completely removed and replaced with new pipe, radiators and a new Nanvien combi boiler from Boilerhut. When Shaun and his install team arrived they spent a good three hours going over the property to see where the new system would fit in our 200 year old Cornish cottage. When they had finished Shaun made the decision to not continue as there was not enough time or materials allowed for the installation as the quotation was done from photographs and videos. Paul contacted me with an increase in price of about 27% which although a shock, was still lower

Very quick response after old boiler sudden breakdown. New one supplied & fitted within 48 hrs. Installation took best part of a day by very good gas engineer. Not the cheapest boiler purchase or install cost, and certainly not the dearest but, with full 10 year guarantee - not too bad. Very good customer service also.

Spoke originally to Paul who ran me through the installation process and was up front with all costs, warranties and installation processes. All my questions were discussed; analysed and answered with knowledge and professionalism. At no time did I feel pressured to buy

I have already left a review but on reflection just wanted to say a bit more! Boilerhut were extremely professional even talking me out of the more expensive Viessman boiler and now that we have the Vitodens 100 it was the right choice - it's more than powerful enough, the house is nice and warm and the hot water is amazing in the shower! And it comes with a 10yr warranty!
They were also very quick to respond when our old Worcester boiler packed up and managed to install the new one in a couple of days.
Love the Tado smart thermostat they recommended, well worth it making our heating very controllable

I had my very old boiler replaced. The process keeps costs down by not requiring a site visit but you send pictures as requested. This worked well and a call from an engineer rang to understand all the requirements led to a quote which I accepted and paid a deposit. The boiler delivery was delayed due to transport issues from Germany. When it did arrive I was immediately contacted to arrange a delivery date which was very soon after. One man ( Barrie) came to do the job and he worked very hard to deal with all the issues of the installation. . It was difficult for one person as my old boiler was

An excellent service. They were absolutely brilliant when I rang up in a panic when the boiler stopped working. They were calm and patient and talked me through the whole process. The boiler installation went smoothly and was a really quick turnaround, just 5 days which included a weekend. The communication was great all the way through and helped to eleviate what was a really stressful time. Price was competitive. I would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

I used BoilerHut for my recent boiler installation. Their sales person - Paul - was much more informative than other 'online only' providers i got quotes from. The price was competitive and install was done well. We did have a minor hiccup with the gas pipe from the meter needing a signficant upgrade (20m+ of new 22mm copper pipe), but this was dealt with well and the extra charges seemed fair for the ammount of work and copper required. All in all we are happy with our new boiler.

We were very impressed with our new gas central heating installation by Boilerhut. My partner was initially sceptical about engaging with the company as they do not visit the property in person. However Paul, our Account manager was very knowledgeable, helpful and always available on phone or video call with any questions or concerns and gave us good advice on anything we were unsure of. Customer Service was excellent.
The 2 plumbers, Barry and Matayo, that turned up on the day were prompt, polite and they worked very quickly and to a very high standard. We had a whole new central heating system
