Services
To conform to regulations every landlord must have a yearly gas safety check performed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Property with more than one gas appliance - add 25 for the first extra appliance and then 15 per extra gas appliance. It is recommended to have your appliances serviced to have your safety check carried out with a service then please just add 10 to the service cost.

Had an issue with our boiler.Gave Andy a call and from initial diagnosis over the phone to boiler repaired was 3 hours. Faultless friendly service cannot reccomend him enough. Boiler now been serviced by him. so honest , punctual and reliable. What more can you ask for .Top bloke and efficient company to deal with thankyou so much

Andy was recommended to me by a friend many years ago now. He had just started out and was able to repair my boiler quite quickly and efficiently, I trusted him immediately so he continued to service it years after. I sold that house now over a year ago and my new house needed a new boiler. I know nothing about boilers so Andy suggested a couple dependant on my budget which was perfect. I could also have the new one installed in my loft to give us even more space which he did, to an extremely high standard and at a good price too. The work was completed on time with no dramas, and worked out over £2000 cheaper than British Gas quoted me. Great job!
