Simple repair costs make Miele a throw away item, sad when they are supposed to be so good. 20 year expected lifespan is like if your single and take your washing to your mums. If you have kids don’t expect long after the 2 year guarantee and then you can’t even get a normal white goods place to fix it so you will have a massive call out fee if you want it fixed. 😳

Decided to choose the Miele centre in Harrogate as we had a large number of items to replace following a flood.
My experience was pretty poor. Once they had our money it was clear they didn’t care. They failed to tell me when they were delivering. Failed to tell me the fridge freezer I ordered with 8 weeks notice was not going to be available until I chased it two days prior to the date needed. They then failed to process a refund when requested, holding onto our money for days longer than necessary. I had to chase them again to get this done. Also despite requesting on several occasions, I

We have been dealing with Ryan at ATI Miele for quite some time now and in relation to a number of appliances. The shop is quite some distance away from where we are in Preston, but the journey has been worth it every single time.

I visited ATi last week as I was looking for a good quality washing machine that would work well for our growing family and double the amount of washing! I was really impressed with how knowledgeable they were about each and every product plus the friendliness from the moment I walked in. I've visited this store a couple of times and got a Tumble Dryer and Vacuum Cleaner Bags from the team. Showroom is bright, airy and has a lot of different products on display. The team are really knowledgeable about all the Miele products, friendly and very helpful with any queries - and the coffee was pretty tasty too!

Got a new oven from these people, was a fantastic product, I did not know ovens were so clever. I had an issue with it, which was a manufacturing issue, however the guys at ATI Miele Harrogate were the most helpful friendly guys, they did all the chasing around and sorted it out for me, zero hassle to me at all, I would 100% recommend them, definitely worth a visit.
