Superb customer service from Collette. Really helpful guidance and reassurance along the entire process from ordering to fitting. “Hamish” fireplace in oak and Dimplex Glencoe electric fire are good combination adding a focal point to a bare chimney breast. Turned my living room into a cozy space just in time for Christmas. Thanks!

You may have good products but unfortunately the admin and sales people are awful! and extremely rude! We ordered from them before and they had sent the incorrect item (not once but twice!) I don't normally order from a company when they make a mistake twice but i gave them another go to order some ceiling coving - After being told it was in stock i then ordered the items and then received an email stating the items were not in stock at all and we wont receive them in time. We had people booked to fit this but cannot get this done on time now which will cost us more money!

Excellent customer service when buying a gas fire and surround. Expert advice with no pressure to buy. Delighted with the installation team who were very professional. A cosmetic element to the fire had not been supplied by the manufacturer however they visited the house once they had the part and made sure we were totally satisfied, which we were. The measure of a good company is when there is an issue how they deal with it and in our case they were excellent.

We found a wonderful selection of fires and fireplaces on show at William Boyle, and we were left spoilt for choice. Everywhere else we had been didn't seem to have what we were looking for. We ended up with a traditional gas fire, surrounding fireplace and hearth, along with some cast iron radiators, ceiling roses and even a cornice remake to match a damaged section we had in one room. Absolutely delighted with everything we bought and the service we received, Collette was knowledgeable and fab helping us make all the right choices. Thank you.

William Boyle is the only place I'd go now to buy a wood burning stove. Prices are excellent and the range of stoves on offer is the best I've seen in any showroom in Glasgow. It's also a lovely showroom to visit. I have now bought two stoves from this company and the experience has been nothing short of first class. Colette really knows her stuff and is knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Happy to recommend to anyone thinking of having a wood burning, or multi-fuel stove fitted.

Your secretary hung up the phone for the product you haven't sent for 20 days. You promised every day but somehow you could not send my product. And roughly you hang up the phone. If you can't keep it, don't promise. She even did not let me explain my complaint. Costumer complains about wrongs you did and you must listen if you are a company who cares customer's concern.
Every beginning of the week you told me new excuses. One of them was the courier lost my item. How funny? Very unprofessional and very rude company to work with!!!

Excellent Service 5 star. Had a delivery of skirting board turn up this week, box was damaged and skirting scuffed and scratched. Not the fault of W.M Boyle, but the carrier. Messaged and sent pics to Collette, she was great, sorted the problem and sending replacements. Skirting board looks great looking forward to seeing our finished project (will post pic). Would recommend them 👍😀

We first went to Wm Boyle in March 2020 to look about getting a fireplace fitted in our tenement flat which had previously been removed. First off, the selection on offer in the showroom was excellent compared to other places we had visited which seemed to focus more on contemporary designs when for an old Victorian property we wanted something traditional. The staff were knowledgeable and patient with us as we wandered back and forth between different options.
Wm Boyle organised an initial property inspection and visit from a gas engineer for us with no commitment to buy anything at that point

I have had both an inset gas fire fitted (4 years ago) and, recently, an inset wood burning stove by WM Boyle and their team. I went back a second time because the service was so good the first time. In both cases a bit of problem solving was required with the chimney options and I needed good advice about how to problem solve. Love my burner from Wm.Boyle. Staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Collette’s welcoming approach put me at a ease straight away. This was my first log burner and wasn’t too sure how it would suit my living room. From our measurements she was able to work our size of the burner, hearth, wooden mantelpiece and fuel pipe. She put it all together had all the materials in the show room, which was great to see and feel them before purchasing. Would recommend wm.boyle
