Amazing service from mike at fireplace world. The batteries in the battery component in the receiver for our gas fire had corroded and the part would of been really expensive to buy. So mike got another battery part to attach on at no cost at all. Works an absolute treat now and cant thank Mike enough👍😊

We have had great service from this business, from the initial visit to the showroom, discussion about the design, and then the installation on September 17th 2021 of a gas fire. Patrick listened well, so that the design realised was exactly to our wishes, and came on the day of installation when replacement parts were required, so that the installation wasn't delayed. Steve, the gas engineer was careful, friendly and tidy, so that the family was able to enjoy a cosy fire on a cool late summer's evening. We are delighted with our new fireplace from the guys at fireplace world.
We built a media wall with tv etc and the fire is what makes it.
Mike gave us great advice when deciding what one would be ideal for our plans, they have a big selection so we needed a bit of guidance to narrow it down.
Would highly recommend this place 👍.

I bought a fireplace off these guys about 8 years ago. We have just recently moved house and we wanted to take the fireplace with us. Unfortunately the back panel broke no fault of fireplace world. I contact them and spoke to Pat. I couldn’t believe after all those years he knew exactly what fireplace we got. Within a week we had a new panel delivered and fitted. The customer service we got 8 years ago is still the same to this day. Brilliant. Thanks again Pat much appreciated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought a Studio Slimline Metro , the expertise shown by the staff was really good.
The only down fall I had was when the fire was fitted ,which I paid a lot of money to have it fitted in the first place (£545)was when i came home the surround required plastering around the frame which I presumed the fitters would have organised for this to be carried out.
But when I contacted the showroom they said I would have to get this work done by myself and at my own cost (another £120) as fitters didn't do plastering which was so disappointing and costly.

Just had new led electric fire and surround installed. Chose a limestone surround, designed and built by Fireplace World, and slate hearth. Finish and look are fantastic and a great addition to our lounge. From originally attending showroom to the fitting of the fireplace I have been very impressed with ALL aspects of the service we have received. Good advice from sales staff and excellent fitters. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to friends and family. First class!

I purchased a fire from this company in 2016. Just recently I required replacement bulbs which I couldn’t source. Fireplace World came to the rescue,sourced the bulbs and came to my house to fit them. Cannot praise them highly enough. What they did was behind the call of duty. I am submitting this review on behalf of my 80 yr old in laws. They needed a new fire as they could not get down on their knees to light it anymore. We found this place and as we were local we decided to pop in and glad we did.
Matt, the sales guy showed my in laws a few fires and even demonstrated the lever type to them and let them have a go. There was absolutely no hard sell by Matt and he even gave a brochure to take away with a price on the fire they liked. They went away and mulled it over and went back a few days to order. We went to mike at fireplace world last year when we were considering have a wood burner installed. Mike explained everything including coming out our house for sizing and making sure it could go where i wanted it. Fireplace worlds customer service installation and product was first class. We now can't imagine life without this burner. We would highly recommend you pay them a visit
