The Eden Elite Slimline balanced flue is our slimmest hole-in-the-wall gas fire with fully automatic and thermostatic remote control operation. It has been specifically designed for homes without a chimney or flue, without compromising on the Eden's stunning flame aesthetics. Wow were do I start! I ordered my new Advanced fire from Tom at Fireplace Scotland. I was truly amazed with the whole experience from start to finish. Tom has an outstanding knowledge when it comes to fires. He really showed that he cares for the customer, He was not trying to push me into a sale, he was more concerned about what was the best option for myself. He told me to take my time and have a think of what fire I really wanted as he went through all the brands in fine detail. Tom delivered my new fire and the communication was outstanding. Delighted with the advice and guidance of Tom of Fireplace Scotland in the selection of the most appropriate electric fire to suit our requirements. The installer Kevin was excellent in the construction of the support framework and installation of the fire with inbuilt TV shelf above. Excellent job! I would highly recommend Fireplace Scotland.

Great service, quality of products and timely installation. Thomas organised everything - he came up promptly to view the space (I wanted an open fire installed), suggested mantels which would work best, organised the installation - and was an absolute dream to deal with! Thomas can organise any style from brochures. We live in London and Thomas outshone many of the installers we have dealt with for our London flat. If you need a quality fire - flame or otherwise - don’t go anywhere else!

My family and i own property all over Glasgow and are very fussy with who we deal with. Was told via a friend to visit thomas at his store and so glad i did.
