I cannot speak highly enough of Alex and the team at Arden Gates.
They've gone way beyond the normal course of duty to support me with a very unusual issue I was experiencing with my gate automation system which took many hours to diagnose and various re-configurations and hardware replacements to get to the bottom of. The quality of support I received from Alex and Kev (Roger automation supplier) to get to the bottom of the issue and get it sorted was top notch. I now have a fully working system which is high quality and should last me a very long time! Thanks guys for everything you've done

Unbelievably helpful people! My electric gates after many years had given up the ghost and professional gate companies were giving uncomfortably high quotations. Arden Gates stocked both the DEA Ghost gate kit that I needed and the safety strips I was told I was required to fit in order to bring my gates up to current safety standards.
Alex and John were unstinting in their advice and helped to make choices. Huge thanks to those guys for sharing their knowledge. The relatively low cost of the parts makes it tempting to try and fix the gates oneself with the help of a qualified electrician.
