We work for boiler manufacturers, facility companies and for direct clients, as well as maintaining close relationships with all the major insurance companies. Our services have been used for many years by industrial boiler manufacturing organisations to carry out on-site service and repairs. We're used to working discreetly under manufacturers' identity, and following their individual processes.

In the whole of our 40 year history, we have never had a repair recall. Whatever your boiler failure, whether it be single/multiple tube failure through to complete major repairs, NDT examination failure. Studrock are equipped for a fast competitive solution to complete works to the highest of standards.
We carry out Annual and NDT boiler insurance preparation works as required by the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000. As with annual boiler insurance inspections, we aim to make everything as easy as possible and keep any downtime to an absolute minimum - including liaising with insurance companies on your behalf.
To ensure the accuracy of your gauge, we pre-test, calibrate, repair or replace various temperature and pressure gauges, widely used across many industries. Including restoring vintage gauges back to there original condition, polished and calibrated. Our gauges are certified in competence in use of dead weight testers in the testing of pressure gauges, transmitters and relief valves, traceable to UKAS standards.

The M.D hasn’t a clue about his own business! Terrible man management worked there years ago no progression in the company they just think about themselves and there own futures!! Working at one of there competitors at the moment and have never looked back! Proper training given within months of starting!
