On the initial appointment wayne came and explained what work was required and within 2 hours sent a report which was detailed and highlighted the timscale required to do the job. Two workers turned up to work 9am each day and cracked on with the job and kept work areas neat and tidy and explained what they were doing each day. highly recommended wayne and his team i have spoken to wayne and hopefully he wiĺl do some rendering work in the new year for me. wayne prices are reasonable.

I was recommended to use Damp2DrySolutions from a friend. My local company (Allerton) cudn't attend due to covid even though they are less than 100metres from my property. I needed a survey and work to be carried out asap. Wayne came to my property within 24hours. I recieved a full report within 2 hours. Good experience. Will recommend and use again. DO NOT USE.
We hired DS to damp proof most of our ground floor earlier this year. This including the damp proof course and plastering to finish.
They sent a one-man team who was clearly not that professional and was not clearly working for the company. Voiced our concerns but they assured.
Everyday he left vast amounts of mess and tools out, including buckets of unused mixed plaster etc. The ground floor was near unusable while he was here.
We have no idea if the damp proof was done to a decent standard now, especially after what happened next.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY CARRY OUT WORK WITH A PROMISE OF 20 YEARS WARRANTY BUT THEY WORK IS NOT GOOD AND THEY REFUSE TO FULFILL THEIR DUTIES WITH THE WARRANTY. TRYING TO GET OUT OF THE WARRANTY. THEY HAVE CARRIED OUT SOME WORK FOR US ON VARIOUS PROPERTIES BUT THESE STILL HAVE DAMP AND THE COMPANY IS REFUSING TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE WORK THEY DID. WE WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM
