The ties are quality and the website is easy to navigate as you can search the code of the tie which will then respond with multiple designs of the tie in the same design you're looking for.
However, only downside I can see and something they can improve on is the returns form which is very basic and doesn't look professional. Another point to add to that is they don't have a free returns label which means if you want to return an item you will be charged eachtime.

Bought a batch of ties and sadly this means I am now aware of this great company and their value and their exceptional service means I am hooked. I don't review much but feel that in this case I need to support such a brilliant shop.
I am blown away by their value, my expectations were muted given that the price point tempered what I perceived I would get. I was wrong. Having taken their ties into certain branded places I'm finding it hard to understand why others charge £50+ for similar woven silk ties etc. The quality differential is not easy to spot if at all.
