Waycotts have been fantastic with both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house. Clare in particular has been amazing. I advertised my property for sale with this agent in 2011.
I sold the property myself in 2014 and because I signed his contract which states he is entitled to be paid their fees even if he does not sell the property and it doesn't matter how many years after you sell the property you still have to pay his fees.
THIS IS NOT LIKE ANY OTHER AGENTS CONTRACT SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING.
