My Fixed Price Oil Boiler Service starts at just 120.00 (plus VAT) including the service parts listed below. I allow up to 2 hours to complete a boiler service. Any additional time over 2 hours required due to the size or condition of the appliance, unforeseen operational issues or failures of the appliance or systems are charged at per 30 mins (or part of) plus parts.
I will always offer you my best advice regarding fault repairs and where possible will advise you of the different options available. I will help you make the best decision for YOU and not steer you towards what is easiest or most profitable for me. All my work is guaranteed (unless specified), I am fully insured and all work is properly documented.
If you have a complaint or are unhappy about any aspect of my work (yes even I make a mistake every now and then) please get in touch with me as soon as possible and I will do everything I reasonably can to put it right. Tenants of rented properties instructing us to attend or perform works to a property are contracting with directly with us and therefore are considered as 'the client'.

My wife and I were absolutely shocked by Martin’s arrogant, ignorant and unbelievably rude attitude in our personal home environment. Never have we experienced such behaviour from someone invited into our home. Shame on you and shame on your BELATED email apology. Totally unprofessional behaviour!!!! Doubt should be cast on inviting such a person into your home.

Martin was very professional, friendly, informative, has an excellent work attitude, he makes sure the job is done properly and you don't have to wait for weeks, he gave me a fair and reasonable price for the job. He is OFTEC registered. Employing somebody to service an oil boiler can be a scary experience but I think we have found somebody at last who is reliable that we can trust. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Martin recently replaced our 18 year old boiler and hot water cylinder. He is very professional and customer focussed, taking extra time to explain things and ensure that we were happy with all aspects of his work. He also took extra care and effort to ensure that no changes had to be made to existing worktops. I highly recommend Martin.

I was keen to use a local independent engineer. Our oil boilers had been neglected and Martin spent some time sorting everything out and taking pictures of the damaged baffles. He was professional, on time and patient in his explanations. I will definitely use him in the future.

I was dreading getting our old boiler replaced as other fitters had implied it would be a difficult job. However, Martin made the whole process very straightforward and easy, gave good advice on which boiler to choose as a replacement and charged a very fair price for the job. He pays attention to the details, including cleaning up and making good, and all in all it was a pleasure to have him around. I'm delighted with the work and would recommend Martin without hesitation.

Martin shows care towards his customers I have rarely seen in a trades person. We had 2 other plumbers quote us to replace our boiler, only Martin said "Why? There's nothing wrong with it." when he could have quoted us for several thousands of pounds of work. He gave it a very thorough service and it has been working without problems since. I was very surprised to get a text from Martin today asking if everything was still working ok. He is a great find and I feel very happy to recommend him.

Excellent service. Martin identified the problem and resolved it very quickly. He also provided us with very welcome advice for future maintenance.
We were very impressed with Martin's knowledge of oil tanks and domestic oil boilers.
The charges were transparent and very fair indeed plus the charges were capped so that the cost of resolving the problem did not mount up.
