Stepped in to help my mother-in-law who had a service plan for her boiler with a company on the mainland who would not send someone across when her boiler packed in. She is 80 and living on her own. Ray came to our aid promptly and made sure she was ok and came back today to fit the part which arrived in today. Highly recommend this company for being so accommodating and fixing the problem as soon as they could. Ray even set the new alarm clock which we had sent her but she could not work out. We live in Northampton so in this current climate it is hard to be so far away and not be able to do anything

Do yourself a favour; don’t hire MG heating. Left a 79 year old lady without water for weeks!! Because she was to proud to ask.. they are incompetent at their job blaming everyone. All they had to do was fit a kitchen tap. If I could add the photos to this review I would. STAY AWAY!!
