We are a family run business for over 40 years. We started off in Sheffield but we then moved over to Doncaster where we are now based. Over the passed 40 years fashion and trends have changed but one thing still stays the same, the passion we put into our business. To meet with the ever changing demands we are constantly changing our showroom displays to show you what's hot right now including our recently popular wood burning stoves.
We have a wide range of stoves and surrounds to suit any taste. With many fireplaces on during the day you can get a real feel for what they would be like in your house. We supply high end brands like Stovax and Parkray and many more in our newly extended showrooms. Our fireplaces come in many different sizes and colours which we can come and fit ourselves with our fully qualified team.
To go with any stove you might need gloves, fireguard, or a companion set. Well we can help you out with our extensive range of accessories on display throughout the showroom. There is something to match every aspect of perfection. We also have fire cleaners and lighters along with spare parts which we can try and track down for you.

When I spoke to the fitter on the phone he was very helpful and made me keen to visit with the view to purchase. Sadly upon visiting we was greeted by sue who was very pushy then reluctant to sell. Sue called me to give a very vague quote totally different price which was suggested by the fitter. Sue was rude and has certainly stopped us from purchasing. Only way to check if the fire was suitable and to obtain a quote for fitting was to pay £30! Sorry but I won’t be going back ever

From start to finish The parking is available which is every helpful. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They did a amazing job installing the fireplace and he checked the carbon monoxide alarms. The charges and transformation of the livingroom is unbelievable great. We would highly recommend this company..

Well what can I say.
From walking in and meeting Tim who was a fitter and also a sales rep. He talked us through all the fires explained costs involved with each design from gas to wood burning stoves etc.
He also explained about flu and the impression we got from other shops trying to miss sell us a full flu which we didn’t need after speaking with Tim if we went for a stove. Instead we went with a fire I love them had one as a child and loved sitting on front of one so that was our decision. He made it very easy to choose between designs and explaining the benefits etc.

We have just had a new infinity 480 electric fire fitten into our existing fire surround to replace our old gas fire, The service, attention and advice we received has been outstanding right from the lady in the showroom to the installers every aspect of this purchase has been 100% perfect, The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent, Mr Jackson who actioned the survey and installation was most professional, polte and courteous and we would highly recommend the fireplace centre well above all the other fireplace suppliers in Doncaster. Once the money is in their pockets they are simply not interested if you ring them with a concern. Mr Jackson was going to charge my elderly parents £50 to relight the boiler light. Ok it was 5 weeks after installation that i noticed my parents were washing in cold water, but my parents have illnesses that prevented them from realising they had no hot water e.g dementia. Plus they have an electric shower. This company charged over £800 for the installation of a new fire that doesn't work properly. I went into this shop as I had seen on a previous visit an electric fire that I hoped would meet my requirements. The item was not cheap at £399.00 so before purchase I wanted to do some research and check existing customer reviews. However in order to do this I needed to at least be able to identify the make and model. The fire was on display but no information was available, I looked all around the fire, underneath the top and both sides, really the only place I couldn't look was the back as the fire was attached to the wall. After visiting the Fireplace Centre (Doncaster) Ltd showroom and talking to the sales staff about our requirements, we found they had the actual gas fire we were considering purchasing in stock to see. The sales staff were very helpful and after making another visit to the showroom we bought the gas fire. The fire is a Charlton & Jenrick Paragon P9 glass fronted gas fire with a remarkable 81% efficiency. The installation involved the removal of a large quantity of stone cladding from around our existing fireplace and the relocation of the gas supply pipe to feed the new fire. The company workmanship

The Fireplace centre Doncaster left us with a gas leak after servicing our gas fire. We only detected it because we had our boiler serviced two days later. The boiler could not be serviced because of the gas leak so I had to pay £60 for a wasted visit. Fireplace centre came out the following day and fixed the leak but it was clear they did not follow procedure because they did not test the system after they service the gas fire in the first place. WE COULD HAVE BEEN BLOWN UP OR DIED OF GAS POISONING if we didint happen to have our boiler serviced two days later - Fire place centre attitude is
