We have an extensive range of fires and fireplace surrounds at our newly refurbished fireplace showroom here in Rotherham. Great experience from Rotherham fireplace centre. We then built a fake chimney breast with a nice chunky shelf above the fire and a bottom shelf/plinth. This client wanted to upgrade their old wooden surround and gas fire to a more modern looking fireplace. They opted for a more modern looking fireplace complete with a multifuel burner. We opened the chimney breast up to the builder opening to create an inglenook for the stove.

One of the vans decided to block a road at 7:30pm to remove someone’s rubbish / carpet.
No apology. No attempt to back the van up so people could get by.
Then drove out and aggressively made other cars back up to allow him to drive by whilst laughing about it.
Not the best thing to do in a work/branded van.

Outstanding job by all. They were fantastic helping us pick out which one would be best for our living room. They kept us updated on all aspects from start to finish. The electricians were brilliant and helped… with which plugs we needed so they all matched etc.
Wez, who fitted the fireplace was amazing, he left the living room spotless, and nothing was too much trouble.
Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service. We went in with a photo of the fireplace that had been in the house we had just bought as we wanted like for like. The woman who served us knew straight away what suite it was, talked us… through it and we ordered it. Estimated delivery was 4-5 weeks and we took delivery in less than 3 weeks. Love our fireplace and the service we received was outstanding. Would definitely recommend Rotherham Fireplace Centre 👍

Excellent service from design, planning through to fitting. A family run business with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Steve, Sam and Sarah were great. The guys fitting were neat and tidy and went above and beyond when a slight problem was encountered with the fitting, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend. Thank you we love our new fireplace.

Very knowledgeable, professional & friendly team. They can't do enough for you. Fab showroom with plenty of choice. We love our new electric fire & surround, With Wez having such dedication to his job, making it up to our exact specifications & did not dissapoint when fitting. His young apprentice is a credit to the company, a very polite, well mannered young man. They had great respect for our home when fitting after a hard days graft leaving it clean & tidy. Would definitely recommend this company. Can't thank them enough.

Terrible customer service. We complained about the service we received. Instead of addressing our issue, we got shouted at and taken to the small claims court. Would not recommend this company.

The delay was in the main part because you ordered a free standing stove and not the inset one. We always accepted the pandemic would impact on delivery times.
Coming on a Sunday caused us to cancel a planned Christmas outing so was as much of an inconvenience to us as it was you.
We did not refuse to pay the bill. We were always willing to pay once our complaint had been acknowledged

Had a excellent experience with these guys, from the quote to the installation, everyone were very professional, polite and helpful. As I was unsure what fireplace to choose, they came to my home and were able to offer me great advice on picking the fireplace that best suited my living room and needs. Just had our fireplace installed. After lots of research, and a specific idea in mind, we were recommended Rotherham Fireplace Centre. Upon initially contacting them and sharing some information on what we were after Sarah and team came up with a design which looked great. When we were ready for install, the team did a fantastic job carefully installing the fireplace, and making sure everything was just right. They did a demo of the features before handing everything over. We are very pleased with the product, design and installation and highly recommend the team.
