Tiger Flooring is a family run business which prides itself in a personal, yet professional approach. Our work, covering domestic and commercial flooring, is predominantly based on word of mouth. We supply and install Quick-Step (Master Installer), Karndean Designflooring (Advanced Installer), Carpet and Hardflooring to name but a few.
I had seen Tony's work before we placed our order and thought it was good - I was wrong - the work he did for us surpasses excellent. Mount Grace School, in Potters Bar, needed new flooring to various areas. When working with schools we had to be mindful that the flooring had to not only be suitable for each individual area but that it would also withstand the punishing constant stream of traffic. Having done our hall and utility room earlier in the year Tiger Flooring were back to do our kitchen. We again chose Karndean LVT. The flooring had to ‘flow’ from the hall and the utility room. This was complicated in that the tiles used in the hall were 16” while those chosen for the kitchen were 18”.
Careful removal of the old Amtico tiles meant that the existing ply ling could be utilised saving us £150. Fitting was carried out by Ashley to his usual high standard and we are delighted with the result. We highly recommend Tiger Flooring.

Tony from Tiger Flooring was recommended to us by friends. His was one of three companies, two local and one national who quoted for fitting Karndean Flooring to our entrance hall, main hall and cloakroom. Of the three he was the only one who asked questions about what we were looking to achieve or make suggestions as to what we should consider. It was clearly important to him that we got exactly what we wanted. We decided on the day to go with Tiger Flooring. The fact that his subsequent quote turned out to be the cheapest was an added bonus!

We have used Tiger flooring to replace both our bathroom and lounge flooring.
We are so happy with our new floors. Tony from Tiger was prompt to come out and measure. Janette was brilliant when we ordered the samples and communicating the process of ordering and timings. Great customer service.
We will be using Tiger flooring again when we replace our playroom floor.

I'm a local landlord who has been a happy customer of Tiger Flooring for a number of years. They are easy to work with and very flexible when it comes to liaising with tenants and fitting flooring while a property is empty. I have found that their recommendations for a flooring type very satisfactory.
Update (6 February, 2021): I've had another set of floors fitted by Tiger Flooring, this time during the pandemic. The special rules that apply now were followed scrupulously, and the result is excellent, as always.
